I booked a room about a month before my trip. A week before my visit they messaged me that 'because of an obvious mistake' I have to pay 3 times as much or cancel my booking... I spent more than an hour talking to their costumer service. Their whole help was: you accept paying 3x more or you cancel. I'll never book anything with them again. Absolutely unreliable! Fortunately there are others.

Many tech.probs: I was booking a specific hotel& at the payment phase,it showed me the hotel doesnt exist anymore on booking,although it does. 2-i tried booking a flight,& at the payment phase it showed that i cant pay because an error,so I booked from another website with the same bank card. 3-it shows on google competing price options for flights,& when i click on it &transfer to the app,it shows a higher price. 5.funny!CS wants me to call them "internationally"to talk about THEIR tech. Probs!

It's all fun and games until you need to be assisted. This app cares more about keeping the money you paid than helping you. I had to change hotels after already checking in because what I had booked is not what I was checked into (size, quality and amenities). I lost the full payment for 2 nights (upfront payment). I had already booked the taxi return trip because obviously what could go wrong right? They refused to let me change the pick up location for the return trip. All this within 24 hrs
