The signup functionality is not working properly. After entering the password for the first time, it shows an error message saying "too many attempts." I’ve tried using different accounts, but the same issue. The app doesn't allow users to view hotels without signing in - poor product design. If signing up is mandatory, the process should be smooth. Every second the signup feature is down, potential customers are being lost, and you are loosing customers/money.

The annoying parts are the pop-up windows that disturb the booking process, which increase the risk of wrong bookings. Also it is not very good to indicate, when new messages are come, it often shows new messages. Additionally it would be good to be able to deactivate all unessary messages. In summarry: for people on the road it would be so much easier if the app would simply provide the services and stop spamming. It does not protect from fraud.

The app is generally useful, but you can do everything on the mobile website too. Where the app fails spectacularly is when trying to get in touch with customer services for their mistakes. There's no tracking their failings or cases. The app is designed to be deliberately obtuse at that point and so the low rating. All in all, don't need the app, stick to the website.
