It was working well for the last 3 years but with the latest update it is terrible. Even though I have all the push notifications enabled, I am not seeing them and it is a disaster. I'm slow to respond. I've suffered at least two cancellations this week because of it. Big problem. I can't be checking my app constantly. I hope they fix this soon!

Useful app for it's purposes. however, there's still too many issues and they're slow to resolve them. Message notifications sometimes take hours to pop up, which affects response times for guest requests. The app shows messages as "unread" long after they've been read, responded to, and marked as "no response needed". Calendar takes too long to sync with other similar apps (risk of double bookings). Still no direct message button to reach customer service. Booking payouts still hard to follow.

As a host, Pulse has been a helpful tool for managing reservations on the go, but it feels incomplete and frustrating compared to other platforms like Airbnb. The lack of integration between Pulse and the Extranet website is inconvenient—many important features are only available on the website. It’s also disappointing that there’s no option to leave reviews for guests, especially when some abuse the property or utilities. Hosts deserve the ability to share honest feedback about guests.
