Got dropped off by a driver since the application gave him an error. Since he could not cancel the ride due to this error, I was held hostage and could not book another ride myself. Trying to ask for customer support was useless, as I waisted several minutes chatting with a bot that obviously couldn't solve the issue. I had to use another competitor app, which instead worked flawlessly.

A few days ago I first used the app in Bucharest, and loved it! My only complaints are, I can't give 7 stars, and there is no way to tip drivers in app. I Used it for a few rides, all great, but one stood out, "Nissan" Andra. She was delightful! Super friendly and personable, great music. I made an error entering my destination, not realizing that many hotels in Bucharest had the same or similar name. After we tried and failed to reschedule her again, she just took me to my rightful destination.

It's generally great to use as it's integrated with Google maps. However, on one occasion, I fumbled my phone as the ride began and somehow ended up cancelling the ride and was unable to rebook with the same driver, so I had to then exit their vehicle which was very annoying for both parties involved.
