Finally figured out how to set timers and activities, and then the first timer went off, I clicked it, and it said to use the app I have to buy a subscription. No mention of this until now. 1 star for being so annoying and sneaky. Misleading implications of a free version of the app that doesnt exist.

best app for moving throughout the day that I have used , and I've tried a bunch. works well across his and android which is also a huge plus for people like me with devices from multiple ecosystems. only issues for me are the slow loading to open the app and the lack of any kind of dark mode. that said, I can deal with this minor nitpicks as I'm only using the app for a few minutes at a time and the value of moving and stretching throughout the day more than outweighs the minor criticisms.

I understand the need to evolve it but fine it changed to Moova, I've found the UI more complicated and frustrating to use and it's more buggy than before.
