It has an English UI until you go deeper. For you example the rewards survey jdjn a language foreign to myself. You don't need the app really to use the product. Using the app is more frustration then any use. Personally a gimmick rather than an actual useful product that possibly raises the cost of the product.

There's little point to this app. The two (mediocre) equaliser modes can be accessed without this app (which I've just discovered in the more elaborate user guide that this app has, so the app was useful for that at least). There's a 'rewarded survey' which gives no reward and which you can fill in over and over again. You can register your product as well and make an account. To what benefit I'm not sure.

Hi Evelien “Litheen”. Thanks for the feedback. Shokz App supports multipoint pairing, changing language, changing EQ, doing firmware upgrades, and so on. There is a reminder on a survey that customers are randomly selected from the customers in the questionnaire to interview. After the interview, a reward will provide to the customers.

I've used this app with Shokz OpenFit, but since this is a review for the app, I'll leave the hardware out of it. I should however mention that it currently only supports the OpenFit and the OpenRun Pro. I'm hoping it will one day be compatible with older devices. This app shows a lot of promise, examplified by the ability to create custom audio modes. This is contrasted by the limited controls-customisation, but that contrast makes me think they may expand the functionality in later versions.
