Good, but needs more audio options. I paid for this app to create my own workouts, and I am happy with the app in general. My major complaint is that there is no way to mute or adjust the volume of the tones between exercises. I can only adjust my phone volume in general, but that means if I want to turn down the tones, then I can't listen to my music. Please fix this and I'll update my review.

This is a very interesting app and I love it but it sometimes blocks and consequently I miss the right timing for changing between exercise and rest ( I do exercise listening to the sound only ). As soon as I notice a bit too long interval, I have to go to tap the screen, however, it sucks making me lose the whole regular rhythm and exercise effect. It happens every 3 - 4 times. All other Tabata apps I used in the past never showed this phenomenon on the same android smartphone.

I used to like this app, but recently it kept asking to sync to my Google account every time I'd open the app or switch to it from another app. For being free, it has some good features but got intolerably annoying. I uninstalled. Other con: there's no way to skip ahead (or go back) to an exercise. Let's say you accidentally close a routine or are tired of a certain segment of it, there's no way to skip ahead to the next moves. You have to start at the beginning every single time.
