New update makes it impossible to request time off from both the app and the PC version, no idea why they decided to do this. On the app I keep getting the same error message no matter the time of day and on PC it just keep trying to load the page to no avail. Keep in mind I tried this on multiple PCs and it's still broken. Also, this company loves to push out updates precisely at 11PM PST and when they do the app becomes unusable for hours! Wow! (Obvious sarcasm)

How often does this app needs to keep updating itself? Because every now and then I always have to keep re-log in to my account and each time I reset it due to inputting so many passwords I have to put a new one in making it so difficult to remember the many passwords I've put through . I find this frustrating and ridiculous. I understand we need to keep renewing our passwords but not every bloody month or so. It's too much. Please fix this once and for all

Program is slow. It doesn't always connect, or record your punches. Not being able to punch out unless you are in a specific location is a pain. 10 feet outside the work building, and I can't clock out. While multifactor authentication is nice for security it means I couldn't use the app for a month when I was having phone troubles. If I didn't have to use it, I wouldn't.
