I can't access my calender, it keeps telling me something went wrong. I updated the app hoping that would fix it, but no luck. Consistently get errors when trying to log on. This causes issues when trying to see my work schedule. When I select report an issue it takes me nowhere. It tells me nobody selected to share with. Only reason I use the app is because I have to for work.

The rollout of tWo-factor authentication was disastrous. It essentially changed the user passwords, effectively locking them out of their accounts. Since the system likely saves old passwords, it prevented users from logging in with their previous credentials. Imagine being the payroll administrator trying to reset and unlock the passwords for 10 employees it was incredibly frustrating. understand the importance of two-factor security, but why reset user passwords without any prior notification.

Never sends me notifications even though they are enabled and when I go to edit the notification settings in the app it just says "there's been an error" Update 12/10/2024 Still does not send me any notifications at all. Also, after the update, you can't even get into the app 90% for the time. You log in and it just loads and loads without actually letting you in to the app.
