I used this app to get transport from airport to the city and I booked tickets for exact time. When bus arrived, turned out that bus is fully booked and I had to wait for a next one. When I was going back, I booked tickets to airport, but they gave me tickets from airport to city and I had to buy new tickets in the bus, so I paid double for one trip and they refused to give me back my money. Cuatomer service kept saying 'you choose wrong option'. I highly dont recommend.

It is a good app as it offers a variety to choose from especially for common destinations. It is also user friendly, you cab find locations with ease. However, the app does not have a section for suppliers. I tried to help out a client to get their refund but could not since it is for clients only even though they tell you it's for both suppliers and guests. Live chat is with a virtual assistant only. Refunds also take long even though Get Your Guide policies say it takes 5-10 business days.

Terrible. Save yourself the headache and just book with the provider directly. I needed to cancel an outing. The app does not make it clear that you can choose a credit or a refund, so you automatically get a credit instead. Attempts to get my money back were answered with "I'm sorry but the system won't allow it." This is a b.s. answer and now this company has effectively walked away with 164 dollars it did not earn and that I'll likely never have the chance to use.
