It's quite comfy and finds a lot of experiences. But I am not happy about pick ups! The app says pick up is possible but when you try to enter an address, it doesn't work (too far). Try 5 more addresses and it's the same. Just give me a list of hotels then and I will choose! Waste of time to try to be picked up. Once I had to choose any hotel (it worked and I was tired of trying) and next time I just gave up and will walk 1.5 hours to the meeting point. Also, sometimes the app is very slow.

Seems like a great business idea, but the app is terrible. There is no quick button for submitting feedback, and it is impossible to search for a certain type of activity narrowed to a specific geographic region (e.g. to search for a fly-fishing experience in Seattle you have to scroll through all the hundreds of activities in Seattle). Seems like they could easily use an LLM to cluster activities by type and physicality to make finding something better. Still not better after a year.

This is a scam App in particular for international arrangement. We booked a 4 people guides snorkeling trip with a price of $45 per person, which I found it's $20 more expensive than local price, but this is not the worst. We arrive the pick up spot, the local company told us there is not trip, no boat, no guide. I had to call the app and argue for the refund. Then the local comany sold us to another local company, ending up this company is just a ferry, no guide. Do not use, it's a scam!

We've squashed bugs (yuck) and made performance improvements (whoosh) for an overall better Viator app (yay!).
