Welcome to the new HERE WeGo!
HERE WeGo is a free navigation app that guides local and global travelers on journeys both familiar and foreign. The app now has a fresh, new design and clearer, easier to use navigation.
Enjoy a more carefree journey and reach your destination effortlessly, however you need to get there. Get there on foot with easy-to-follow walk guidance. Take public transport in more than 1,900 cities around the world. Or use turn-by-turn voice guidance with accurate driving directions and go by car. You can even find parking at your destination and get guided directly to it.
Visit the same places often? Save them in a collection to stay organised and find them easier. Or use shortcuts to get directions to them in one click
Need to make an extra stop or want to go a specific way? Simply add waypoints to your routes and HERE WeGo guides you there.
Want to save your mobile data and stay on course even without an internet connection when travelling? Download a map of a region, country or continent and complete your journey while staying totally offline.

Long ago this used to be a great app. Now the annoying things are: - speach gets cut off before the semtence is finished - cannot select multiple maps to download in the background at the same time - cannot search into bookmarked locations/collections. The app has a lot of potential and i would prefer it over Google Maps, but by not keeping it functional enough I am having to resort to Google Maps...why oh why? Update: quick response..thank you. Spacial audio off...that helped with the voice.

Thank you for your feedback. For the cut off speech, please try to disable spatial audio in the app's voice settings. We are working on the feature to search collections and hope to add this eventually.

I have had numerous instances where the gps fix was wrong: - starting app (while on a new location), calculating route to somewhere gives you the incorrect route distance because it uses the old gps fix! - while on route it thinks I am on a parallel road, or have taken a turn, so it recalculates the new route I am on... All in all I believe the gps functions unreliable. Maybe the developers can look into this. App premissions are all granted.

1. If you switch to offline mode, search does not work, just spinning endlessly without any result / or says "no result go to online mode" 2. No map updates for long long time now. 3. You cannot see the downloaded maps timestamp. 4. If you put app to background, then bring back, it usually loses gps signal, well, not loses but very inaccurate, so useless for navigation. You have to restart to work properly. This is quite annoying if you are driving... 5. This is the latest version!

Hi Zoltan, we'd recommend you to first update the app to its latest version available and then retest the app and its navigation. If these three (or one of these three) issues persist after the update though, then please email [email protected] and send more details. As soon as we have more info, we can also better help you with it.
