LOL. I just bought Honor Magic 5 Pro last year, now they completely forget to update the software of this phone. Do not buy Honor Phones as it was very easy to depreciate, very Poor customer service for people in the Philippines, I already sent multiple emails since January and I never received any messages! This app was also only intended for specific country, what you see here is multiple foreign language that doesn't have translation. Platform was not fun at all as there's no space for users.

"Extremely disappointed and frustrated with Honor's app and customer service! They promised delivery within 6 days, but it's been 10 days and my order hasn't even shipped yet! I've contacted customer service 8-10 times, and every time they give me the same robotic response - 'You will receive a call.' BUT I NEVER RECEIVE A CALL! Their lack of communication and accountability is appalling. I demand better service and a resolution to this issue ASAP!"

Won't be using Honor anymore in the future. I'm currently using x9a and it's a TERRIBLE experience. Camera lag a lot to the point that I can no longer record, already sent it to the centre to get it fixed but it's still the same.Call doesn't function nicely,loud speaker doesn't work well,No recording during call feature. Just AWFUL!! THIS PHONE COST MYR1000+ but the phone itself doesn't work like one.
