I've used this app for years. Ever since Saturday, it has crashed every single time I've tried to scroll through this week's drop. I see about 3 things, then it crashes. I've tried uninstalling, clearing the caches and all the usual techniques. No change. It crashes on my phone and my tablet. Stop trying to put in pointless videos and make an app that doesn't crash and enables you to see what's in sale! It's not difficult!

Zara Indonesia, always annoying when you are ready to order something. I spent time to select items, put in my basket, then on checkout it turns into it's all out of stock, then shipping methods can't be selected because of errors. For what do I need this application if it's not possible to buy something, just for looking?!

Clothes look great on website but when they arrive are so different in colour and quality. Very disappinting. Now also the returns process is teadious. I received 3 boxes and want to return three boxes, not play tetris by trying to put it all in one box or be forced to pay a return fee when they promis returns are supposedly free. I'm done with Zara.
