Twice in a row, I filled in surverys worth 80 and 45 points, once I finished the app thanked me for my time (which was about 25 minutes wasted) and gave me 3 points. Extremely frustrating!! Update: this is still happening!!! Filled in a survey for 80 points, spent 18 minutes on it and when I got to the end, was awarded with 8 points!! It worked well for a while in July 2022 and Aug 2022

Absolutely pointless! All set up nicely at first, getting a couple of good surveys and good points, then it all went downhill, telling me I had surveys to do, which then said I had completed them, which I had not. It kicked me off, not giving me any points. Other surveys I did manage to complete only gave minimal points. It only gives you one survey a day!!! It's totally useless, not worth wasting your time.

They say new surveys launch daily. I've been waiting for almost a week and nothing. On the website, I can only sign in using my phone number and password. When I install the app and try to log in on the app, it is not giving me the option to input my phone number and instead wants an email address. So that means if I use the website and the app that I need to have two separate accounts. Absolute horseshit.
