it could benefit from an amoled dark mode or at least a dark mode. currently, accessing my account requires multiple steps: opening it, clicking another icon, and entering the password. this process could be simplified by allowing a single password entry or removing the password requirement altogether

It used to be a great app, though since last week it started crashing randomly and now I can't even type my password to log in because it crashes automatically when clicking on any one button. Can't even access my iToken to perform online transactions on my computer! It's outrageous that I cannot use the bank services due to a bugged app. Before you ask, my phone is up-to-date and has no pending software updates; all other apps function normally.

It does not work. It gets stuck when they are creating an access pass. It's wrong to impinge Credicard holder members without an account with the infamous Itaú bank to being forced to install an Itaú app that simply is useless and bugged right from the beginning. Appalling that Itaú holdings are threatening Credicard members to lose their credit cards and will be put into overwhelming debt for not being able to have an access to their Credicard monthly payment invoices. Itaú holdings are trouble
