Whenever I order using the app, they just show that the order has been delivered just after 20 minutes to save their delivery time high. But actually every time the order must late at least 20 or maybe 30 minutes after the official delivery time (45 minutes).... This kind of games they shouldn't play with another apps like Talabat, but here they care only about showing that good delivered fast, but actually they don't care about you as a customer, they only care about the delivery KPI on the app

When they frist launch the app it was good they have to option pickup and delivery i don't try delivery options i try pickup option but it have some issue in the menu not all components their, bad time come after. My country lanch quarantine time so in app they close pickup option and then it came poor even after open again they limited pickup for Muscat city only other store can't use app

When we order via call prize is high. When we order via the app prize is low but delivery time is very high and what we recieve after 2 hrs or more of waiting is the chicken which will not be like chicken. Also within half an hour of order , the tracking statuz shows complete, without delivering. When we call to ask status after order , they cut the call without caring customers. Worst experience. Never ever order via app.
