Recently the app has been very slow to "catch up" when attempting to end my rides. Scan the QR code, scooter unlocks, lock my phone and place it in my pocket. Suspiciously, when finishing my ride and the timer is at 40-50 seconds past the minute, the app spends TWENTY TO THIRTY SECONDS LOADING before I can press end ride and take the photo, charging me for the extra minute of course. Never seems to be a problem loading when the minute has just ticked over though.

Update: The app itself is broken, when reporting issues, it gives me a prompt but no keyboard for entry, like a tease. It's useful and fun, as long as there aren't issues with the scooters. I found very serious issues with the scooter I was riding with no way to report it, seemingly the handle and front wheel were kinda disconnected,. Like I said, there should be a way to report that.

Deceptive zoning rules. Not clear when hiring a bike what the map boundaries are, as out of zone bikes will appear and no visible boundaries are shown until you try to end the ride. If you use a navigation app while riding, the only indicator you have left the zone is a reduction in power. ---Correction. The maps download for a region AFTER a hire is initiated. That is a 50mb download for Sydney so be aware for your first trip.
