To end your ride:

2. Find a dedicated parking spot on the map

Had to switch from Tier to Dott. Created an account but when I try to add my credit card it only says: Couldn't add this card, please try again. Then it is just stuck on that screen and can't even go back to main menu. App is pretty much unusable and I lost access to the only shared mobility option in my city. When I open support AI chatbot it just says: Talk to your bank, have a great day.

I've downloaded the app for making my transit faster and cheaper than bus or Uber. However, after I got the scooter I experienced that it won't start. But the most annoying thing was that when I arrived in the destination, I could not drop off. I had to find a drop spot by myself around the city and when I finally found it, the app claimed I couldn't drop it there. It was the correct place but GPS denied me. I had to spend 30m to find another place and they didn't refund me. Really horrible.

App is slower to unlock vehicles than the previous tier app (even more nagging), which was itself worse than the competition. The passes being now restricted by city are a major turnoff as a commuter! The point of using these kinds of vehicles is that you're not always in the same city and don't want to shlep your own on the train ! Otherwise I don't need to pay the higher price for renting.

We’ve got some pretty sweet updates this release! Now you can:
– Easily see when you've applied a discount code, or we'll nudge you to log in/finish signing up to apply your code
– Tap the "Ring" button with a clear bell icon to find the vehicle you've selected on the map, plus refreshed pins so they're easier to locate
– Refer your friends easily from the top of your ride receipt
