I loved this game at first, but after the first area is complete, it's now too hard to earn coins and gems and takes me days to earn enough to upgrade. It also has glitches. I earned 2 free lives finding a spy and the game glitches every time and takes the lives away. I paid money to get going so when it glitches, it's frustrating. But I'm not going to keep paying to have unknown glitches and am pretty much done with this game now since it takes too long to do anything.

the new update is unplayable!! it lags and freezes so bad you can't play it at all. Not using mobile data, not on WiFi. Can't even play it on my phone or computer. I'd rather lose the Christmas graphics and be able to play. please fix.

It got difficult too fast and its because it takes forever to get coins to upgrade anything even with the extra daily rewards and medals you can earn. The earnings per level are so small that it doesnt even help you achieve upgrades at the speed you need to keep up with the levels or story line. Overall graphics are good, story line is fun, game is fun.
