This game was a solid 5 stars at first. Like all the others, unfortunately, they raise the cost of the improvements, and significantly lower the rewards you get, so it becomes impossible by the second city to get you to spend money. I hate when the developers ruin a great game because of greed. Hopefully, one will get the message and do it right one of these days. I would have happily spent money on this game if it hadn't changed so drastically for the worst so early on. Very disappointed.

I love games like this. I enjoyed for a bit, but then as you progress further, it becomes more difficult which I do like to make it challenging, but what makes it impossible to finish levels is the amount of coins you need in order to upgrade your doctors, items and machines, especially since the cost increases to each country you go to. I always do the ads as well and it can only do so much. They tempt you with bundles so you can actually have a chance, so it's basically a p2w at this point.

The game is super fun! Riiiight up to the second location. At that point it becomes way too hard to get enough coins to upgrade so you basically start losing because you can't go back and replay levels to get enough coins for the next round. They just keep getting harder and you get further behind. I think with just the simple update of being able to go back and replay levels when you want/need this game could be pretty great! Please make this update so I can keep playing!
