You should ask your drivers to be professional. Whenever there is a promo or there is a stop in between rides, they always show their dissatisfaction to me (what am I supposed to do about it?). The riders also don't have a digital wallet and ask for mobile banking. The passenger has to pay extra for transaction fee. I have almost always had a bad experience with Pathao bike rides and I feel like it's not even the riders' fault. Pathao should train them better and keep accountability measures.

Too much slow, It works minimum 5 to 10 seconds later after my click. Overall all of option is useful and one stop service for food order, bike ride share, car hire and parcel delivery but app is too much slow and overloaded. In a word, Experience as like using 5G network with tortoise speed. LOL!

Really disappointed. I have updated the app to the latest version but when I search ,it says item or restaurant can't be found. bro, how can your top searches not be found and my network is obviously alright or else I wouldn't have said it. It's happening ever time I use this app. Fix it or I am deleting the app.
