Audio control is problematic. During the day the app randomly says the phone volume is too low. Audio streams are fine on the right ear peripheral but unreliable on the left. The volume of audio streams cannot be controlled with the volume buttons on the phone. The auto profile switching does seem to work. The Bluetooth connection in the phone is not the same as the connection in the app. They seem to work against each other often.

Absolutely hate it. I am very tempting to go back to my old hearing aids. When they work, they work. When the phone updates, it's a disaster. Can't pair it to hear my phone. Anything that is Bluetooth, it's always trying to connect. I don't know half the time rather, my brain is beeping or the hearing aid or my phone is beeping. Maybe better all together to just take them out and leave it alone???? Sick of it.

It is impossible to read the power remaining in my hearing aids. It keeps telling me to connect the hearings aids with the app but there is no way I can find the setting. I can still hear better with the hearing aids and they work well with my phone and music streaming services. But I cannot tell power levels. I used to be able to find the remaining power using the app but that disappeared with a software update some time ago. Makes the app much less useful.
