I love the deals and the savings that I find on VIO. I have read some subpar reviews. I have completed 3 bookings and have even had to do a cancellation and all things went off without a hitch. Different sites require different requirements; however, if you read the terms and conditions they are VERY straightforward about what is owed, cancellation dates to get free, partial or no refund, check in and check out times, as well as, amenities offered. I recommend reading.

Downloaded app but the price on the app was higher than the price advertised. Kept browsing just to see what was out there. Verified the prices in this app vs. two seperate direct sites and vio "all in prices". Checked 2 hotels from each direct site. Apple to apples, Vio was between $50 - $125 more in each instance. Various room types checked, same dates, and no reward status impacted the direct site prices. Be weary. Sometimes these 3rd party sites advertised as a deal...ate anything but...

Ok website for browsing hotels and the deals are great but when putting in a credit card, and getting jist one of the parameters wrong, the app will tell you which ofnthe parameters is wrong which poses a huge risk for people's credit information, also no captcha to check the legitimacy of the connection, please fix this if you care about your users
