Yeah this actually just needs fixing. You choose English and it gives only 'kuwait', 'united Arab Emirates', 'Saudi Arabia' & 'Quatar' as an option. (Edit) just seen this app is for use of certain country only, but then why is it accessible to people globally? Why isn't there a UK/Europe/america etc app system. It's a little confusing is all, especially when they have stores, promo & fashion shows globally.

Very poor online shopping, they cancel items that are already paid for without even informing you. The "contact us" option is clearly for decoration cause no matter your contact channel is( email or phone) you don't even get to send your inquiry or request for them to call you back as the send button is always inactive. So bottom line, they don't care about you, they don't want to hear from you. Just shop online and shut up! Extremely disappointed! 👎

It is just impossible to do any kind of shopping. It works for 2-3 minutes, then it gets stuck. You try to return back, to restart but it is just stuck. Three times that I've planned to place an order during a month, didn't happen and Im sure Im not the only unhappy client. It is better not to make an app if you don't know how to maintain it or to provide a decent work of it. You just spoil the company's name with your unprofessional work.
