Quite disappointed at the sleazy subscription renewal. Despite cancelling my subscription on the day my plan ended, they still charged me for another year. My repeated emails to their customer service have gone unanswered. I have no choice but to followup with my credit card company directly for resolution here. Expected more from an organization with their reputation. Not impressed.

Each so-called improvement lowers my star rating. Personalized feeds: I don't want an algorithm making choices on what content is "featured". More "conservative" voices: The "conservatives" authoring opinions are nothing more than right-wing pundit hacks who offer nothing of substance nor veracity. Comments "upgrades": Horrible. I can't just thumbs up or thumbs down. I have to select from 4 labels - none of which are generally appropriate for comments. For articles, yes. Consider it.

I'll frequently be in the middle of reading an article and an ad will load that drastically shifts the text causing me to lose my place. I often have to scroll up or down to try and find where I was to resume reading.
