If i don't open the app before making or taking a phone call it wont work. I have to put the headset back in the case then try again and its not always guaranteed to fix the issue. I often cycle between noise cancelation and off while out in the wild. If this issue doesnt get fixed i will be returning these and goin back to samsung or one plus

The Yamaha TW-E3C inearphones is one of the best Yamaha models I currently own. SOUND. sound is stunning compared to the previous Model TW-E3B which sounded a little basic APP FEATURES. There is an added EQ wich Is not really needed (EQ I mostly leave Set To Off), gaming mode and bonus is an added Ambient Sound Mode but no any sign of ANC function at all though. These features added to the TW-E3C/TW-E5B/TW-E5C/TW-ES5A/TW-ES5B/TW-E7B/TWE7C/YH-700B/(Newly Added(YH-L700A/SR-E70000A

needs an overall volume gain.! plus a higher band eq. subsonic filter would be nice.
