If there were an award for the worst app, DU would win it hands down. Logging in every time is a hassle, and after a few attempts, it asks to validate the email, but the link always redirects to the Play Store. It's unclear what the developers are trying to accomplish with this app. It's riddled with bugs, utterly frustrating, and even finding offers in the current update is impossible. Absolutely pathetic.

We advise you to remove the App then reinstall the latest version from the store, also make sure to update your device’s software too after clearing the cache, then try again to login with created username & password initially to get the full access. 💙

I have had a frustrating experience with your app and chat assistant, which fails to understand queries and repeatedly asks for rephrasing, creating a never-ending loop of unhelpful responses. When finally connected to a live agent, they just wasted time without providing any response. Your mobile application is another disappointment. Many features are marked as "coming soon" and have remained as such for so long. It raises the question of what "soon actually means in your context.

This is the worst app ever!! It is extremely slow and not user friendly! Keeps crashing! Doesn't load! I reinstalled it and no difference! It doesn't even open if you don't have a WiFi connection or data! CAN YOU PROVIDE A BUTTON TO EASILY ADD/REMOVE CARDS AND MAKE Payments directly! this is very frustrating! As I can't seem to find where exactly are our cards stored??! There is a whole lot of useless information that does not solve anything! Can't register my account but I am already postpaid!
