Its good but a few things that annoy me. A. I shouldn't have to go through a 20 second loading screen just going back into the app from hitting the home button by mistake. B. You need to give the ability to remove certain routines and replace. C. Constantly telling me to do my first workout everytime I go in even though I'm a few days deep is really annoying.

Great app for doing programmed weight workouts. Starts slow and easy and builds as it progresses. It times every exercise, counting reps, describing the exercise, counts down breaks, and prepares you for the next routine. I love this workout app - it's exactly what I wanted!!

As with any exercise routine, you only get our what you put in. This app will give you a good exercise plan and motivated you to continue exercising with reminders. It makes the planning easy. You just have to dedicate to do it. If you want to feel better and get in better shape you have to put in the work. Pair this with a meal plan and the results will be multiplied. You can do it!
