A few days ago I first used the app in Bucharest, and loved it! My only complaints are, I can't give 7 stars, and there is no way to tip drivers in app. I Used it for a few rides, all great, but one stood out, "Nissan" Andra. She was delightful! Super friendly and personable, great music. I made an error entering my destination, not realizing that many hotels in Bucharest had the same or similar name. After we tried and failed to reschedule her again, she just took me to my rightful destination.

Extremely unreliable. Don't bother unless you have time you'd like to waste. Drivers cancel, or delay pick up times and then cancel (which is worse). Drivers can claim to be at the pick up point on the app, when the map show they clearly aren't (they'll be 5 minutes away and still claim to be at the pick up point, try and make you walk to them, and then cancel when you're obviously not there) and complaining about it is fruitless, Bolt will just thank you for your feedback.

The WORST experience!!! The driver was waiting for us on a different location than the one stated on the app. He never made an effort to come and find us where he should have from the beginning!! He made us go and find him and I said I would call in 2 minutes but, he cancelled the ride last minute and I got charged with a £10 fee. Completely unreliable. I will never use the app again
