due to an error in the application, geolocation. While in the Croatian city of Zadar, the application deducted a tariff of more than 24 € from my account. At the same time, in another Application on another phone, it showed up to 8 € (including the discount), of Uber's competitors at the same time showing a price of 12 €. Scammers, offered me compensation of 5 € and said that’s all they can do. absolute indifference to clients

The app is easy to use. Perhaps, too easy. It doesn't allow to enter start point address, even if it shows the address correctly, the car may come within 150m outside of your sight and start waiting time. Support says that if the pin is on a building when ordering a ride, the app gives drivers GPS location of the nearest road to this building. Which might be quite far from where you're standing or on the other side of busy street where the pedestrian crossing will be in a significant distance.

Good app with reasonable prices. Pickup times are not accurate since it doesnt take traffic congestions into account. A pickup time of 3 minutes is actually around 10 minutes. Sometimes a driver makes a wrong turn, therefore the arrival time is now longer, and because of that they add an additional charge because the driver made the mistake.
