Alright so I finished the banshee with a warrior using rust bucket deck. The game finished a paywall emerged and I will note my findings here. - amazing strategy game, with fluent animations. - undo button is helpful to keep things fair-ish. My dislikes ; - sometimes character would autoattack an enemy into oblivion, the character would die. Just because I pressed twice? Why is this possible? - 3 beats on a boss, bit excessive in my book. - the room leave penalties when encouraged suck.

Deceptively simple, yet it's not. You always need to plan ahead or you just fail. If I had any complaints it would just be regarding the saves, because as far as I can tell there is no cloud save system, and they are saved in the data/data folder, which I can only access on my rooted phone, making it a huge undertaking to backup. This aside, the dev is super nice and I wish him all the best in the future.

Unsure if the game is balanced well in the 2nd tower. You can enter an easier room with 10 items (2 armor cards, 8 attack cards) and simply not have enough damage to clear the floor. You backtrack & take a penalty: now you roll 7 attack cards and 3 armor cards, and you still don't have enough damage to clear the floor (I need 89 damage to kill mains, and 3 additional hits for coward mobs; I only have 69 damage to work with). Feels bad to focus on weapons + damage upgrades and still fall short.

Balancing a game is always tricky, and I won't claim the game is easy. But there's one thing I'd like to add: the monster deck is persistent between rooms of a floor. So if you don't defeat many monsters in room 1 and 2, there will be a lot left in room 3. Too many in your example. Maybe you know this already, I just wanted to clarify :)
