1. Kind of annoying that when you are close to your booked time and open the app you can't view the app as it automatically opens the call window without any way of exiting until after your call unless you want to cancel. 2. Why do bluetooth speakers/earphones not work when in a call on Kry? What's the point if I want some privacy while talking, even if at home. 3. Please add a Read All button to the inbox. This is all on a new Android device, otherwise a neat looking app.

Tried to set up multiple appointments with this app. Every time the application either had a black screen or the audio wouldn't function, and then the call would drop. Not being able to send a quick message to the doctor after the appointment time is frustrating . As of right now if there are any complications with the application you simply lose the appointment, and can't communicate about your problem.

Took them 2 weeks to get back to me for renewing a prescription that I've been using for years. The doctor during the call then promised to renew my prescription, yet completely failed to do so. There's no way to give any kind of feedback that something went wrong, my only option is to start the process again. Entire features on the app itself turn on/off at arbitrary times. One moment you can chat, the other you can't. One moment you can send messages, other time you can only book video calls.
