關於作者

Eva Selhub, MD, is a resiliency expert, consultant, speaker, and author. She taught for twenty years as an instructor of medicine at Harvard Medical School, and she served as the medical director for Massachusetts General Hospital for six years. Her books include The Stress Management Handbook and Your Health Destiny.

Eva Wilhelm is a classically trained stage actor, with two decades of theater experience. The narrator of over one hundred audiobooks, she teaches everything from "Acting for Business Professionals" to "Voice for the Microphone" for The Shakespeare Theatre, Howard University, and other educational institutions.
