Carolyn Wells (1862–1942) was an American mystery author. A highly prolific writer, she was known for her children’s stories, mystery novels, and humorous verse. Her books include A Nonsense Anthology and The Book of Humorous Verse.

He served as a news and sports anchor and show host, and his television newscast achieved the largest share-of-audience figures of any major-market television newscast in the nation. He is a member of the Broadcast Pioneers Hall of Fame.
