Michael Useem is professor of management, director of the Center for Leadership and Change Management, and faculty director of the McNulty Leadership Program at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. His books include Fortune Makers, The Strategic Leader's Roadmap, Boards That Lead, and The Leader's Checklist.
Walter Dixon is a winner of Audible's "#1 Editor's Choice and Customer Favorites" award.
