I found the book very informative and since every time I have an X-ray done the report talks about arthritis I’m giving the exercises a try. I find it hard to exercise from illustrations in a book. So, I checked out a few of the DVDs from the library and found some videos on YouTube. She also has a show on PBS but it airs at 6 am, I’m not an early morning person and I don’t have a way to record it so that wasn’t an option. I liked the workouts well enough to subscribe to Eccentrics TV. I plan on doing it daily for a few months and see if I notice a difference. I watched my mom quit moving as she aged and saw the effect that had on her. I don’t want that to happen to me. I bike and do other workouts and like adding eccentrics to make sure all the muscles are getting used and improve my mobility.

She shows how you can get rid of the stiffness and aches that come with passing the ripe old age of 40, while at the same time showing that it does not matter how old you are. Today is a great time to start, if you have time to complain about how badly you feel, you have a better option, to fix the aches and stiffness, so you can enjoy life. Miranda has given a great blessing to everyone, if they will try it and stay with the program they can feel much younger again, as you do not need much equipment just the desire to be younger.
