This book does a great job of breaking down somatic therapy in a way that’s easy to follow. I love Somatics & believe they are essential. This is a beautiful and comprehensive book on how to easily include simple somatic practices into your daily routines. I especially appreciate the wholistic approach; making a personalized practice, working with cycles, releasing emotions, stress & trauma from the physical body. So needed by this body in this time! Even trouble shooting possible resistance to actually doing the practice consistently; love that!

Even though I already know a lot about somatic therapy through years of practice, I appreciated how this book is easy for anyone to understand. I liked how it starts with educational pieces and then provides journal prompts and tools towards the end.
