It turns out our motivation is limited. Spearheading temptations shoved on you only weakens your will. Without a strong control of our willpower, we are doomed to fail any goals we set ourselves to achieve. I'm glad to have discovered this book. I've followed the guides in the book and it's been a consistent 3 weeks of daily exercising for me. The longest streak I've ever had. I am full of energy now, and ready to employ more positive habits into my life. This book has changed my life.

My exercise routine can never last me more than 2 weeks consistently. This book changed it. I am on week 12 now, and still going strong. I am now adding a new good habit into my life. Willpower! What an overlooked puzzle that makes or breaks our habit. Learn to optimize it and you are set to build any habit.
