I’ve done 3 12 day fast over the past two years. Two of my doctors have known and they did not object. I can definitely see and feel the benefits. It is about letting your intestinal track heal and other parts. Weight loss is not in the top priority. Though it takes a year to gain the weight back. At least in my case. About 20 lb.

Don't waste your time with this absolute trash audiobook. It is read by a computer and has very basic information on water fasting. Especially if you are not new to fasting or intermittent fasting, this book will provide you no value. In print, I can't imagine this short piece of work is more than a pamphlet.

Fantastic audiobook! I really enjoyed it and It has truly improved my health and overall life. The benefits of water fasting are amazing and you will feel fantastic. My body really needed the cleanse and I feel so much more better after losing the weight. I highly recommend this.
