Model Investigator: Gay Private Investigator Mystery Romance

So... That was a thrill ride that made me a bit dizzy. The cliffhanger end from the previous book is only the beginning of the tension. Ugh. Talk about family drama. And explosions. Yeah, this was an epic roller coaster of a story that had a decent resolution, but things aren't over yet. I hope there is another audiobook because I am starting to get attached to this narrator. Both of the previous books in this series had me thinking about certain social issues. The issue that caught my attention this time was PTS. I did not like how Ollie handled the situation in the courtyard. One of the challenges often facing people with PTS is that they know how much of an illusion safety is. There is no such thing as bulletproof. There is only bullet resistant. Ollie should know this. Once again the author has managed to incite emotion from me. I am even starting to like Jacob. I still hate the majority of Kade's family though. I might not be able to wait for the next audiobook. I might be compelled to read the ebook... Tomorrow.
