About this audiobook

This is a 2-book combo, which has the following titles:

Book 1: This book covers a variety of topics, all interrelated and all somehow connected to our ability to concentrate on the most important tasks we have. Many people suffer from being distracted, from going from one thing to another, and never getting much done. Today, we tackle those problems with some inspiring insights.

First, we’ll talk about how to improve your concentration skills and memory. This lies at the heart of the book.

Next, we will go over the significant challenges that many people face when they are working from home. This has become more common these days, and therefore, it seemed like a crucial topic to include in this book.

After this, we will touch on what has been referred to as the “four major motivations.” These are the things that keep us going, the factors that keep us on our toes. A lack of these elements can destroy our progress, so it’s important to know what they are and how to use them.

Book 2: Focusing is more important than it have has been in an era with social media, advertisements, and a million possibilities to spend your time wisely or foolishly. In this guide, we will show you how to ignore distractions, improve your memory, and increase your concentration.

Pressure can be good or bad. Here, we will discuss how to use it to your advantage while avoiding too much pressure on yourself. Many people have fallen into a burnout due to stress and being overwhelmed by tasks and expectations. We will show you how to avoid this as well.

Do yourself a favor and improve your performance by learning about these techniques!

Not bad. Actually, I would practically say that it's amazing. Let me think for a minute ... how should I say this? It was expert, straightforward, and understandable. With that being stated, yes, I do highly recommend this. No question about it. It's an intriguing idea, the whole premise of this book. You do not usually see that in many other books. And that's exactly why it can use a person like me to write a couple of positive aspects of it.
