A male virgin hero! Count me in! To be honest, it was the primary reason I decided to pick up DON’T GO; how many of those are there around? And I cannot count the ways it could have gone wrong. But Alexa Riley knew what she was doing form the first word to the last. And Henry is hot, super rich and a really nice guy; now, that’s a switch! DON’T GO is under 100 pages, and not one word is wasted, but no detail is missing either. This is a story where everything was just right. The writing is fabulous, the pace perfect, and I really believed that Kory and Henry were made for each other, just as they did. And this is the queen of sarcasm writing this review. Alexa Riley wrote a wealthy CEO, a girl who succeeded with the help of scholarships, young people whose family dynamics are unusual and a welcome respite from much of the negativity that seem to colour contemporary romance; and in spite of the speed at which everything went, it was all perfect. Kory and Henry are charming, normal, sweet, and their chemistry is off the charts; DON’T GO is also a very sexy read, and the sex scenes are a delight: they are fun, loving, and playful. There were conflicts, a most timely issue, a misunderstanding, and all these were dealt with perfectly. DON’T GO is a fabulous novella that you will not want to miss! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

This was a quick second chance love story. Henry met his soul mate while they were still in high school. A perfect night together turns into nightmare and 10 year separation. Once the fates put these two in the same city again, there is no stopping them being together. Even the issue that brought her back to town is glossed and fixed immediately My only complaint about the book is that I wanted more! There were two beautiful epilogues covering the years down the road (tough I would have liked to know how kids they did end up with!), but in the story of the re-connection, I liked that they didn't back and forth, but I wanted more of them together Sweet and quick, a little sappy and a lot sexy, a perfect little love story!

Oh sweet Henry. He tried so hard to avoid the family love bug and it just couldn’t be denied. I wish the two had reconnected sooner but I also love that they were given the opportunity to grow up before settling in together. This book is silky sweet and everything we’ve come to love from the amazing Alexa Riley. Absolutely loved it!
