Miranda and Graham have an attraction for a few years but neither have acted on it. Why? that's a mystery. good characters and be bold or go home Miranda has met her breaking point and her emotions are shown in this short read for Graham. She is a strong firefighter and willing to fight for what she wants now. Graham has has a famous younger brother. He is resistant to accept a woman cuz he is the window to his brother's fame. right? hmmmm thank goodness it is a non cliffhanger. Love the read.

Have been waiting a while for this next book in the states of love series and it was enjoyable. Miranda and Graham were so sweet.When Graham's Inn burns down and he loses everything he is devastated. Miranda and Graham have been attracted to each other since they both moved to town,but Graham has not made a move on her and she takes he matter into her own hands,she knows he likes her too but is not willing to act on it. Graham cannot give into his feelings for Miranda because of his past so has tried to keep her at arms length,but that all changes after he loses everything. When he is the prime suspect in burning down the Inn will Miranda turn her back on him as well. A short insta love steamy enjoyable read with a sweet couple,a happily ever after and loved the epilogue. I cannot wait for the next book in the series. Our heroine is the only female firefighter on her squad, and she suffers from OCD. Her crew doesn't hold it against her. Our hero is the proud owner and operator of a small country inn, who has a dark secret. Their worlds collide when his inn catches on fire, and she helps put it out. When sparks fly between them, he declares the situation unsafe but she's tough. It was fun to read the interaction between these two. 1. I despise whipped cream. There, I admitted it in writing. Let the ridiculing begin.

2. Even though I have lived as far south as Key Largo, Florida, and as far north as Maine, I landed in the middle.

3. If I don't make a conscious effort not to, I will drink nothing but tea morning, noon, and night. Hot tea, sweet tea, green tea––I love it all.

4. There doesn't seem to be much in life that is better than coming home to a couple of big dogs who are overjoyed to see me. My other family members usually show significantly less enthusiasm about my return.
