About this ebook

Magnetic Nanomaterials for Plant and Soil Systems Improvement discusses the impact of nanotechnology on plant growth, disease resistance, and soil enrichment, specifically focusing on magnetic nanomaterials like iron, iron oxide, cobalt, and nickel ferrite nanoparticles. The book starts with an introduction to the properties and fabrication processes of magnetic nanomaterials for plant and soil system application. It then extensively examines the influence of these materials on plant biology, growth, production, and the broader plant-soil system. This book includes discussions on the environmental safety of nanomaterials, plant stress management, plant disease control, and ethical considerations associated with the use of magnetic nanomaterials in plant and soil systems. Tailored for advanced students, scientists, and researchers in materials science, nanotechnology, and agriculture, this book provides a comprehensive exploration of how magnetic nanomaterials can effectively enhance crop performance.• Discusses the sustainable use of magnetic nanomaterials in plant-soil systems• Examines the production and application of nanoadditives, nanofertilizers, nanosensors, nanopesticides, nanoherbicides, and nanosensors for improved crop management• Reviews the environmental safety and ethical issues related to the use of magneticnanomaterials in plant and soil systems
