Baltar Xinzo is the pen name of a writer and engineer who has embraced the freedom of writing fiction to jog the emotional intelligence of his readers. Xinzo speculative fiction is characterized by a dark tone, often qualified as sci-fi noir, but, unlike other exponents of this style, his stories are permeated by a sense of hope and human sensibility.
