About this ebook

One morning old Mrs Rabbit tells her children that they may go into the
fields or down the lane, but not into Mr McGregor garden. But Peter is a
very mischievous rabbit and that’s where he goes…

The Tale of Peter Rabbit has been published for the first time more than 110 years ago but has never been out of print. It tells the story of a mischievous little bunny who disobeys his mother and gets into serious trouble in the garden of terrible Mr McGregor. The little rabbit named after the author’s pet became one of the most popular children’s heroes of all time and his story is still one of the most well-loved books of Beatrix Potter.

I have fond memories of this story having had a copy of it in a soft back when I was very young. I loved it then and love it still now, infact, I loved the story of Peter Rabbit so much that I went ahead and named my son Peter and also gave him the nick name "Cotton Tail". My son Peter is 18 now and although I don't use the nick name for him anymore, his father continues to call him "Cotton". But what is even more great about the whole thing, is that Peter (my son) continues to respond to this name. Gotta love it!

Can't go wrong with this classic. I read it to my unborn son and he always seems to kick me while reading this. It's a classic tale for all ages.
