This quick-read, intriguing shifter romance is about a savage wolf shifter (Angel Edwards) determined to take down a notorious man (Michael Hendricks) who ruined his life then he meets the man’s abused adopted daughter (Lea) & the story begins from here. The plot is captivating with interesting unexpected events & the characters are well-developed with some good chemistry. There is: A wolf shifter, humans, cartel/mafia, rivalry, twists & turns, drama, paranoia, attractions, deceit, betrayal, devious plans, manipulations, warnings, surprises, a little steam, happiness & a satisfying ending. I enjoyed reading this shifter romance novella & would recommend it

I'm continually amazed by the author's ability to release a book a week and each is as good as the one before. Angel is a complex character, one who doesn't necessarily live up to his name but is, at heart, a really great man who has an axe to grind, with good reason only things get a whole lot complicated when it turns out that the daughter of the man he is after is the woman he would give up everything for. The characters are wonderful and the story will have you on the edge of your seat and glued to the pages. I received a free copy of this book directly from the author and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I enjoyed reading this book 📚. It has a great storyline and the interaction and chemistry between the characters is great. I can't wait for more from this author. I received this book as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.
