Betram and Jasmine have had no end of challenges. I don't know where to start with this book but boy there's a whole lot going on in this story. It is always good to see Bertram and Jasmine and now we've got a new host of characters to look forward to. I will say about this book the ending surprised me greatly can't wait to see where the author goes with this next book. Our hero wants to pick up a special flower for his wife, but ends up in the future where bad things are happening. And that is just the beginning of our tale. This is book two of series. This one is very serial in nature, so I recommend starting at the beginning. This story have a bit of everything including time travel, the paranormal, magic and more. The story is well written, and easy to read with one caveat. The setting and plot are somewhat complex so it occasionally gets difficult to
