I have read other books in the series but some time ago and honestly I had forgotten the previous plots. This is not a stand alone book and its best to read the series in order particularly as this is later in the series but it clarifies and explains so much. Having said this, I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book, it pulls you in. Cant wait for next book. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

3.7 stars I got tripped up on whether to call this 'paranormal romance' or 'Urban fantasy' or 'science fantasy'. In the beginning, you get hit with a lot of summarizing the situation so far. And i appreciated that because I missed the previous books in the series: all 6 of them. So I'm pretty clueless on everything and didn't know what to expect. Apparently, A LOT HAPPENED BEFORE! there are multiple worlds/planets. Multiple species, magic exists, vampires are evil... except when they're not. Vampires are engineered by the evil one?! OMG so much to figure out. Oh wait, MUSIC IS MAGIC! i really need to catch up on this because it sounds awesome! After the summary, the story rolls into a tale of lost love found again. RIVETING! They were just so sweet and determined and simple *weeping* So, I can root for the couple, but I'm totally tripping over the TIMESPANS and the ability to die repeatedly. Nevertheless, it's nice to see some different races with unusual abilities and limitations. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Reclaiming the Magic is the 7th book in the Brides of Prophesy series. Each book in the series is as good as the one before. Reclaiming the Magic reunites Nik and Del. Their story is an epic love story, as is the battle they face against Mephistopheles and his cult followers. The book offers much in the way of action, drama, and wonderful supernatural characters. The storyline itself is engaging. The characters draw you right into the story and keep you reading. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
