If you're a fan of the universe, this is definitely one to pick up. It is to be treated as part of the movie universe, so it may not offer any new insight into the game canon, but is a good read regardless. It sometimes feels as if the story loses momentum at times, before falling into an all too familiar pattern.

Absolutely fantastic read. Very intriguing and won't bore you for a second. I finished it right before the movie came out and it picks up right where the book left off. Even though the lore is tweaked a little bit I still very much enjoyed it!

Im at page 40 at the moment, and i find the lack of consistency in the lore, disturbing... Edit: after watched the movie, i finally understand the reason of those lore changes. Worth a read
