About this eBook

With a stunning new cover look, King's bestselling supernatural tale about a boy, his girlfriend and a possessed '58 Plymouth Fury called Christine.

This is the story of a lover's triangle . . . It was bad from the start. And it got worse in a hurry.

Christine is eating into his mind, burrowing into his unconscious.

Christine, blood-red, fat, and finned, is twenty. Her promise lies all in her past. Greedy and big, she is Arnie's obsession, a '58 Plymouth Fury. Broken down but not finished.

There is still power in her - a frightening power that leaks like sump oil, staining and corrupting. A malign power that corrodes the mind and turns ownership into Possession.

I think this has to be my favourite Stephen King book so far. Growing up as a bit of a petrol head definitely played a part in me choosing to read this novel, but once I was just a few pages in I was hooked. Only in a Stephen King novel could it be believed that a car could have a personality and become jealous of its owners affections towards something / someone else. The depths King goes to, to enable you to get inside his characters heads and the intricate details that set every single part
