About this ebook

There are certain words that have always described Cam Brantley: Town bad boy. Soldier. Protector. But never, ever dad. Until he returns home from his latest military tour to discover the girl he had one smoking-hot night with is now mom to the adorable two-year-old Zoey. Who has his eyes.

Plenty of words could describe Emma Walker these days. Mom, dutiful granddaughter, budding designer, the town's golden child. But when her longtime crush Cam Brantley comes back to town—and starts working on the very same property she's in charge of—she knows the perfect word to describe herself: screwed.

Cam's doing his best to learn all that daddy duty entails, but with every family outing, each day on the job together, and all the stolen kisses, he falls harder for Emma. He's determined to get over his past and be the man both girls need...now if only he can get Emma to believe it, too.

Each book in the Hope Springs series is a standalone, full-length story that can be enjoyed out of order.

This was an enjoyable read. I will say that I had to warm up to Cam. He rubbed me the wrong way in the beginning, but as the book went he won me over. I loved the interaction between Zoey and him. I loved his first time watching her on his own. I chuckled a lot during that scene. Emma is trying to create a better future for Zoey and her, but her plans soon upended when Cam comes back to Hope's Springs. Cam just wants to hide in the mountains to get away from the voices in his head. His life is forever changed once he meets his little girl. I loved the small town feel in this book. Overall good story line that leaves you satisfied at the end.

I loved this one!! It's a sweet small town second chance romance that filled me with all sorts of emotions. The way Cam interacted with Zoey and his immediate love for her was heartwarming. No excuses, no anger, just acceptance and love. It was perfect. The attraction between Cam and Emma could be felt throughout the book. I enjoyed the fact that Cam and Emma were accepting of each other just as they were, faults and all. This is truly an entertaining quick read that will leave you with a smile. I highly recommend it.

Loved this story of second chance romance, but not really sure if it was romance to both sides on the one night of fun between Cam and Emma. Emma has kept a secret for the last two years of who the daddy is of her precious daughter, Zoey. Upon return from the military, Cam took one look at Zoey's eyes and new it was his daughter. I really enjoyed this story, Cam will have you laughing out loud as he learns to become a daddy. I am swooning over Cam still. Loved how they put their faults aside to become a couple, and find their true love. Great chemistry between Cam and Emma. You to, will fall in love with this couple along with Zoey!!
